Amelia B. McDonaldAssociateMs. McDonald graduated in 1996 from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1999. During law school, Ms. McDonald earned a fellowship to teach legal research and writing to first year law students. Ms. McDonald has handled civil litigation cases in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, product liability, toxic tort, business litigation, employment, and real property. Previously, Ms. McDonald did transactional work in the entertainment industry. Ms. McDonald is licensed to practice in all of the California State Courts and the Federal Court, Central District of California. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has served as a speaker and moderator for the Latina Institute, Latino Scholarship Achievement Corporation.
