Mr. Klein is a seasoned litigator who has achieved exceptional results in hundreds of complex litigation matters. His practice areas include general casualty, product liability, premises liability, construction site accidents, and suspicious/fraud claims. He has successfully defended a broad spectrum of claims involving wrongful death, serious injury and/or damages, usually against the threat of and potential for high exposure. Mr. Klein has represented clients involved in a broad spectrum of businesses, including national distributors and retailers of numerous home and commercial products, the entertainment industry, manufacturing, internet enterprises, as well as commercial property management. He also serves as counsel for several dedicated accounts including a steam bath manufacturer and a major, retail service maintenance company.

Mr. Klein graduated from UCLA in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1991. Mr. Klein has served as a panel member for the California Lawyers for the Arts. He is a member of the State Bar of California and all Federal Courts in California as well as the County Bar Associations for Los Angeles, San Francisco County and Alameda County.
