Daniel R. FriedenthalPartnerMr. Friedenthal graduated with honors from UCLA in 1983, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1986. He was a legal intern to the Honorable Charles Weiner, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Friedenthal is a member of both the California and Colorado Bars, including State and Federal courts. Mr. Friedenthal has tried in excess of 45 jury trials and participated in more than 450 binding and non-binding arbitration hearings. He has tried wrongful death and quadriplegic cases in some of the toughest jurisdictions in California. He was elected as an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI). His areas of practice include: general casualty, product liability, premises liability, auto litigation, construction site accidents, and suspicious/fraudulent claims litigation.
